As the author of a biography about President Joe Biden that will be published in 2023, Chris Whipple asserted that one of the commander-in-chief's "closest friends" believes that he needs to undergo "a complete neurological exam" and make the results available to the general public to alleviate the anxiety associated with allegations of a decrease in cognitive abilities.
Chris, the author of “The Fight of His Life: Inside Joe Biden’s White House,” appeared on CNN NewsNight. "One of the president’s closest friends thinks that Joe Biden should go up to Walter Reed,” he told host Abby Phillip, as per OK! Magazine.
"Now, I don’t think that friend has said this out loud to Joe Biden because that’s a hard thing even for a close friend to tell him, but I don’t think he’s going there without a major push. By all accounts, the people I spoke to, including his closest friends, his inner circle, they all said that Biden was fine cognitively,” Chris went on.
The author blamed Biden's "zombie walk" on his arthritis and clarified, "I didn’t get any indication that he was cognitively impaired, and everybody insisted otherwise."
Chris further asserted that Biden would not communicate with him over the phone while writing his biography and would only provide written responses to questions he posed during his appearance on CNN.
In his biography, the biographer referred to the administration of Vice President Joe Biden as the "most scripted White House in modern history."
Since his catastrophic performance in CNN's first presidential debate a month ago, Vice President Biden's cognitive capacities have been called into question more and more.
There have been several Hollywood celebrities and significant Democratic donors who have come forward and asked for the 81-year-old commander-in-chief to withdraw from the election. This is because they have severe concerns that he would not be able to win against Donald Trump.

The president of the Eurasia Group, Ian Bremmer, disclosed on Tuesday that several foreign leaders have raised concerns regarding Joe Biden's capacity to serve as president for another term. These leaders became concerned after observing an increasing "deterioration" in their interactions with Biden.
“It’s not that they don’t like him. In fact, they’re deeply concerned. NATO allies, more than other countries around the world, are very concerned about what it would mean if Trump were to become president, given his stated policies on Russia-Ukraine, and on NATO, and on the European Union. So, I mean, it’s not like they’re saying, ‘We don’t like Biden. We want him to go.’ They just don’t think he’s up to it. They increasingly think he’s going to lose,” he explained.
